Ashley Cook serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Philanthropic Specialist for Wells Fargo Philanthropic Services located within Wealth and Investment Management. In this role, Ashley helps individuals and families to define and achieve their charitable objectives as part of their overall wealth plans. This may include gift and tax planning, multi-generational planning, estate planning, and the creation and management of donor advised funds, private foundations, charitable trusts, and other charitable planning strategies. She also works extensively with nonprofit organizations, where she advises in the areas of gift planning, endowment management, and board governance. Ashley collaborates with her clients and their other advisors to leverage their resources to maximize the impact of their philanthropic activities. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern University and her Juris Doctor from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.

Serving on the PASSHE Foundation Board allows Ashley to leverage her background as a consultant and convener of resources to further the vision of amplifying the System’s impact and ultimately the success of the students served.
