A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Biology, Marion is interested in helping to provide affordable advanced education for students of all ages and economic backgrounds. She has been actively involved in fundraising for decades and served as Campaign Chair of The United Way of the Capital Region as well as serving as Director Emeritus of The Harrisburg Academy, The Whitaker Center, The Susquehanna Art Museum, and The Harrisburg Symphony where she had leadership roles in their capital campaigns.
