President of External Affairs

AT&T

David Kerr was appointed President of External Affairs of AT&T Pennsylvania in May 2019. In this role, David helps develop and implement AT&T’s public policy and philanthropic initiatives in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is AT&T’s primary contact with state and local government officials, policymakers, and community leaders statewide. David has served several roles within AT&T over the past 17 years and, prior to that, served eight years in state government.
